The Merricks Resort

The Merricks Beach Resort is a fully featured luxury hotel resort, with all of the facilities you would expect. By investing in the resort, you are making a sound financial investment, whilst providing yourself with a beautiful hideaway for you and your family.

The resort is to be managed by a prestigious hotel management chain (details to be confirmed). The properties will be managed by an onsite property management firm.

During the first two years of operation you will receive a guaranteed 10% return, thereafter you receive 50 % share of the room rate. In addition you also receive 30 days FREE usage of your property per year.
